The Improv Design curves class is ideal for beginners to curved piecing and those who want to master the use of their Classic Curves Plus Ruler (or Classic Curves Ruler) – we get into all the details of sizing your blocks up and down to take full advantage of the Ruler’s versatility. TODAY – it’s all about the new class on the calendar: Sunbeam.
For quilters who feel pretty confident in their piecing skills and are ready to take it up a level, the Sunbeam class is LOADED with skill building. You’ll join me live via Zoom to learn all you need to make the adorable Sunbeam quilt – including paper foundation piecing, curved piecing & cutting with the Classic Curves Ruler, and basic applique. These are skills you’ll be able to use for future quilt making and continue to build upon to take on more challenging projects.
Class Dates (choose weekday or weekend session): October 30, 31, 2023 at 12pm EDT, -OR- November 4, 5, 2023 at 12pm EDT.

You may choose to attend all, some, or none of the video meeting times. The video content will include all of the class instructions and you’ll have unlimited access.
If you’ve felt intimidated by paper foundation piecing in the past, don’t shy away from this class. This pattern requires only the most basic use of the technique and I’ll teach you my way of making it easier -and waste less fabric.
In the Zoom classes, you’ll watch live as I demonstrate and teach you all the skills, share my tricks and tips, and talk design, color, fabric, and take all the questions you can think to ask! I cannot wait to make this playful quilt with you.
