Announcing a New Addition to Color Girl Quilts

This day has seemed like such a long time coming! After months of work designing, sourcing, testing and research and…everything…it’s finally time to tell you the BIG news.

The Classic Curves Ruler family is growing with the upcoming arrival of the Classic Curves Plus! It’s not just bigger, it has some improved features that you all asked for. It’s everything you love about the original and more.

So, why the Classic Curves Plus?

The original Classic Curves Ruler provides ten size options, from 4″ to 8 1/2″ and every 1/2″ in between. Over the last few years we’ve made so many fabulous patterns with it and will certainly continue to do so. The new Classic Curves Plus builds on the best of the original and adds additional sizes for even more versatility.

The Classic Curves Plus includes 19 (yes, NINETEEN) size options…that means you can cut drunkard’s path, orange peel, half circles, rings, full circles, arcs…ALL the shapes in 19 sizes with one ruler. The smallest measurement is a 4″ radius (3 1/2″ finished) and the largest is 13″ (12 1/2″ finished), and every 1/2″ in between. This is an incredibly versatile ruler you will turn to over and over.

In the coming weeks I’ll share peeks at the new quilt patterns I have ready and am working on. You will be amazed at the variety of designs you can create with just one template…nothing to copy and cut out, no additional sizes or shapes to purchase…and how easy this ruler is to use. This is me feeling a bit silly as I try out the largest circle cut with my prototype sample of the new CCRplus. How fun is this? super big, or super small, it’s just more fun. Now you have options.
