I love this quilt! (I hope it’s okay to say that about my own creation). I made this one last fall and it is so exciting to finally share the finished quilt, published this month in Australian Quilters’ Companion.
The Whimsy Garden quilt is smallish, great for a baby or child, wallhanging or sofa lap quilt. I feel like the design is so “me”, with curved piecing (I love those pod shapes!) and lots of bright colors and prints. The circles are appliquéd, but really easy! It is always fun to see my quilts in print, but especially when a magazine does an absolutely beautiful presentation. This is my first quilt pattern for Quilters’ Companion, and I could not be more pleased. The quilt and pattern are laid out and photographed so nicely.
The magazine’s availability has limited availability in print outside of Australia, so you might look for it on Magzter (digital download). The pattern will also be available here on my site this summer.

I love this pattern, but am not in Australia, and I hate digital magazines! 🙁 (I know, I’m old school, but I just love being able to hold the magazine or book in my hand and turning the pages!!) 🙂 Will you be selling this pattern later?
