I am so happy to bring you a new pattern in the Color Girl Quilts collection: Dutch Windmill. You can get on this site or on my Craftsy Shop.
First the basics: the pattern comes with fabric requirements and sewing instructions to make three sizes. The blocks are very easy and quick to make…perfect for a confident beginner. The baby size can be made in a day.
This design can be made using 5″ pre-cut charm squares, larger pre-cuts like fat eights and fat quarters. My version was quilted with an interlocking geometric “bubble” design all over, by my favorite local long arm pro Jane Williams.
This is the baby size quilt, just nine blocks. I made this at Sewtopia a couple weeks ago. I am totally in love with this color and fabric combo…I am tempted to make this bigger!
Thanks for stopping by, I hope you take a minute to check out all my patterns!

great pattern, love the white and grey in the top quilt!
You make the funnest quilts, Sharon. 😀 Love this one a lot. Fun backing for it, too.
love your new pattern
I love the quilts! It is fun to see the L’s around the edge of the baby quilt…not sure why my eye was drawn to them but they remind me of LOL!
Love this quilt! I’ve just bought the pattern – thank you, Sharon! (and signed up to follow you on Bloglovin’ – so nice to find you!)
