Here is your chance to have the fun of starting a new project and make yourself feel righteous for finishing a work in progress…all in one!
Do you have a group of sampler blocks, block of the month project or Bee Blocks languishing on your W.I.P. list? This would also be great for a group of applique blocks that need a setting, or a beautiful large-scale print you want to display but not chop up… just cut it into squares!
I am going to publish a series of posts with the pattern and instructions to turn your blocks into a finished quilt, using the design shown above. Find all the posts in this series, <<here>>
I have these Lemoyne Star blocks that have been haunting my to-do list for a while,
I made them in four sizes, 12″, 9″, 6″ and 3″ and have the perfect number to piece them all up to 12″ squares and come up with 9 blocks for the setting at the top.
This could also be made larger for more blocks, and I will provide instructions for blocks of different sizes.
next up: fabric requirements and cutting instructions.

Oh, how much fun Italy would be to see!! Hope you had lots of fun. Give your puppy a pet for me. Hope you have a fun 4th with the kids. Looking forward to how these blocks will be set.
I have plenty of blocks. I’m going to try to get time to do this.
