Today I am so happy to have a giveaway from my sponsor, Jackie, of Canton Village Quilt Works!
She is both a regular sponsor of my blog and also of the Polka Dot Bikini Quilt Along, so she is a great friend here at Fabrics & Flowers.
Jackie has been a quilt shop owner for four years and specializes in fabrics you won’t find in other online fabric shops, like the Australian aboriginal prints and all things Kaffe Fassett (love those Spots!). She has recently remodeled her website and it looks beautiful: so bright and colorful, and easy to navigate.
Canton Village is a full service shop, with classes (you-tube), patterns, notions and kits in addition to the fabric.
She let me do a little shopping and pick out a fat quarter bundle (she named it “watermelon smoothie“) for one of you readers. You will receive the fabrics shown above, including Kaffe prints and kona solids, ten fabrics in all.
Besides her shop, Jackie is a certified Judy Neimeyer instructor. Her blog features some really amazing quilts made by her as well as her students. If you ever need ideas for color combinations, or just want to see some beautifully pieced quilts, be sure and follow her blog.
To enter the drawing for the “watermelon smoothie” bundle, please leave a comment on this post. I would love it if you visit Canton Village Quilt Works shop and tell me your favorite item. Right now, I am loving (besides the fabrics) the Bali Bedrunner pattern. Jackie made this one up, and it is A-mazing! See Her Version Here (there is a kit available).
For an extra entry, please sign up to follow the CVQW newsletter or blog and come back and tell me you did so.
Participants in the Polka Dot Bikini Quilt Along get another chance by adding your link or comment to This Post.
I always like new friends, so if you want to follow my blog, click here, there are lots of great projects here! Also check out my quilting patterns, Color Girl Quilts.
I will announce a winner next Tuesday, March 4. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, dreaming of watermelon smoothies and hoping the sunshine comes back (around here anyway)!
