How many are after-Christmas shoppers? I totally am. I start my Christmas shopping for next year at the after-Christmas sales. How about fabric for quilting? oh, there are some great sales at online shops right now!

That text fabric in the upper left corner is from the Architextures collection and one of my all time favorites! I used it a bunch in my Marcelle Medallion. The Aboriginal Dots (by Kaffe Fassett) are another favorite of mine….they come in such cool, unusual color combinations. I may have gone beyond the virtual shopping and slipped some of these into my shopping cart (on sale!)
I admit I am kind of in an aqua, pink and cheddar mood right now, so this is what appealed to me. Is there a color combo you are excited to work with?
I know it is common to make goals at the first of a new year to finish up some projects…but I am so excited to start lots of new quilts soon! I just can’t get enough of the pretty fabrics available and the ones already in my stash.
