Things are crazy busy in my world right now, so let’s do something just for fun: a giveaway!
I have six fat eights (9″ x 21″) of prints by Joel Dewberry plus a copy of my Dutch Windmill pattern.
These are prints from the collection that I used a great deal in my Eclipse quilt. I love the retro-style florals and geometrics in my favorite complimentary combo: blue and orange.
Dutch Windmill is a quick-make quilt, with instructions for three sizes. It is a great design for showing off your favorite prints. In addition to the quilt on the pattern cover, I made a variation using even more prints (see it Here).
If you would like to win this little prize, leave a comment on this post. Tell me your favorite quilting book, magazine or pattern at the moment. I will choose a winner next Sunday.
Sharon

I have only been a wuilter for a vouple of years, piecing and completing a quilt top is no problem, but I am trying to learn more and perct my quilting. I also like modern quilts the most but will make anything once 🙂
Wow I really like the colorfulness of your quilt and the simpleness of the pattern with much impact. Give me color any day. Right now my favorite quilt book is Cultural Fusion Quilts. I am not really a quilt book person either but I do like this book. It speaks to my creativity.

So much inspiration is available to quilters and it is difficult to choose one book or magazine. However, the last book I received is Precut Primer by Me and My Sister designers. The quilts are in the modern style. A quilt is needed for my grandson and I believe I’ve found the pattern in this book. Thanks for a chance in the giveaway.
My current favourite magazine is Quilt Now. Thank you for the chance to win a lovely quilting bundle
I am absolutely in love right now with Jaybird Quilts Park Bench BOM book. With Julie Herman posting her latest set of blocks using Tula Pink fabrics, I am so inspired to start working on all the Octagons in her book. I can’t wait to break out my fat quarters and turn them all into a beautiful “sampler” quilt.

OMG, I love those fabrics, hadn’t seen them yet, they are gorgeous! Yes, I would love to get the prize.
I’m still a newbie–I like the log cabin patterns!
I like to look at a pattern and then make it my own….I do buy lots of books and patterns and give credit to my inspiration but I consider a pattern to be a jumping off point, not necessarily something to reproduce exactly.
